We do offer a refund of your membership purchase within 30 days of your enrollment. However, we do require that you contact our support staff to see if your issue can be resolved FIRST. We can’t improve if we don’t know where things went wrong.

We do refund if you:

  1. Have contacted support, and we were not able to resolve the issue.
  2. Are within 30 days of your enrollment or purchase date.

We don’t do refunds for any of the following:

  1. Plugin conflict not related to Block Styles’ code.
  2. You feel that products or memberships are missing feature(s) or buyer’s remorse.
  3. Requesting a refund without giving our support team a chance to help first.
  4. We do not offer refunds on renewals.

Block Styles has the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy. Please reach out and let us know what’s going on. We are here to help.
