How long is my license valid?

Your license is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and you will receive updates and support when needed. After the first year, your license will renew through recurring payments, or you may choose to cancel. Upon cancellation, you can still use the plugins and templates you chose, but you won’t receive future updates or ongoing support.

How do I get plugin updates?

You will get update notifications in your WordPress dashboard, where you can download the latest updates. We DO NOT recommend having plugins set to automatically update. Click here for steps on how to update our plugins.

How do I install the plugins?

Refer to our Documentation Page for instructions.

Why am I seeing a blank screen in the back end?

Make sure you are using PHP 7.4 or higher.
